1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using InvoiceNow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Plans & billing
The Service is offered on a Free plan and paid Pro plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Send fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful invoices.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or breach the Service’s security.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service to harass others or to store illegal content.
5. Invoices & content ownership
You retain full ownership of the invoices, customer records, logos and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you issue.
6. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, templates, branding and design — is owned by InvoiceNow and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service, and nothing more.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
On termination you may export Your Content for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our data-retention practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. InvoiceNow is an invoicing tool and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
